Job Description:

An international Canadian company, operating in over 90 countries and specializing in metal recycling, is looking for an Internal Communications Advisor to join their team in Montréal-Est. Reporting to the Director of Internal Communications, you will help develop and lead the Internal Communications function. Working closely with the Human Resources Department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communications and projects related to employee engagement and recognition.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement internal communication strategies: Design engaging initiatives, manage the intranet, and support the dissemination of key messages to employees
Strengthen employee engagement and company culture: Lead recognition and well-being programs, organize internal events, and enhance communication around company values
Create impactful and innovative content: Write and design various communication materials (newsletters, posters, presentations, etc.) in collaboration with the marketing team

Requirements:

3 years of experience in a similar role
Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
Excellent writing skills, with strong attention to content and presentation
Proficiency in digital tools, including Microsoft SharePoint
