Job Description

Lead and coordinate internal communication for the RENTAL activity, ensuring a consistent flow of information and content among teams through meticulous planning and execution. Important: This is an internship lasting 3 to 6 months, not a work-study contract.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in planning, organizing, and tracking multiple projects involving various stakeholders
  • Expertise in creating and editing internal communication content, ensuring alignment with guidelines and delivering effective messaging
  • Capacity to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of internal communication initiatives
  • Aptitude for preparing regular reports, providing insights, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. B2 minimum
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Currently pursuing an M2 (Master’s level) degree in communication, business, Sustainable development or related fields
  • Availability to begin an apprenticeship as soon as possible

Nice to have
