In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our people operations, providing essential HR, volunteer, and administrative support while ensuring our workplace remains inclusive, compliant, and aligned with our core values.
Job Responsibility:
Support the implementation of HR frameworks and assist in drafting or updating policies and procedures to drive cultural alignment
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for employees, volunteers, and contractors
Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, prepare contracts, coordinate reference checks, and maintain accurate HRIS records
Ensure rigorous compliance through award interpretation, maintaining registers for Police Checks and Working With Children Checks (WWCC), and monitoring training certifications
Maintain and update HR systems, specifically Tanda, while also managing IT onboarding requirements and asset registers
Support WHS administration, incident reporting, and Workers’ Compensation documentation in accordance with NSW legislation
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in HR administration
Proficiency with Tanda or similar HRIS/payroll systems
High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
Certificate IV in HR, Business, or a related discipline
Experience within the hospitality sector or a multi-site workforce
