Job Description:

Citi is offering a 10-week Internal Audit Summer Analyst program in Dallas, Texas. This program includes structured classroom training, mentoring, real-world work experience, and opportunities to network within the organization. Participants will gain exposure to Citi’s core businesses and contribute to strengthening governance, risk management, and internal controls globally. Success in the program could lead to consideration for full-time roles within Internal Audit.

Job Responsibility:

Providing independent assessments of the company's governance, risk management, and internal control environment
delivering independent and timely assurance
participating in structured classroom training, mentoring, and individual development programs
adding value to the team during the 10-week internship
networking with Citi interns, current program participants, and other IA professionals
presenting accomplishments and lessons learned to the Senior IA Management team

Requirements:

At least a 3.3 GPA, preferred
graduating with a Bachelor’s degree between December 2026 and June 2027
you will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future
strong analytical skills
strong oral and written communication skills
cooperation and focus in achieving group and client objectives
finance education or experience a plus
innovative and creative in solving problems
hardworking
quick thinking and detail oriented
intellectually curious and willing to ask questions
ability to multi-task
