Citi's Internal Audit Summer Analyst Program is a 16-week internship opportunity in Mississauga, ON designed to develop skills and provide real-world experience in internal audit. The program includes classroom training, mentoring, and cross-functional exposure. Top performing candidates may be considered for full-time roles.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensuring a sound control framework and environment is in place globally through the delivery of independent and timely assurance
  • providing real-world work and contributing value to the team during a 16-week program
  • networking with other interns and professionals
  • attending structured training and mentorship programs
  • presenting accomplishments and lessons learned to the Senior Internal Audit Management team

Requirements:

  • At least a 3.3 GPA, preferred
  • graduating with a Bachelor’s degree between December 2026 and June 2027
  • strong analytical skills
