Job Description:

Internal Account Manager role at 5G Group, specializing in Telephone Systems, Lines and Calls, Data/Broadband Solutions and infrastructure. The group aims to expand through organic growth and acquisition of franchise bases.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as first line for customer contact and update details via internal CRM within agreed SLAs
  • Perform outbound calling to update customers on queries (faults, invoicing, contracts)
  • Manage and coordinate workloads, progress reports, and service updates for business and customers
  • Ensure customers have the best experience with the 5G service
  • Deliver outstanding Customer Service to Franchisees and Stakeholders
  • Answer and deal with incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally using CRM
  • Maintain tasks and ensure adherence to company processes & procedures
  • Deal with incoming invoice queries
  • Liaise with 3rd parties and departments for prompt resolution
  • Maintain positive working relationships with customers
  • Ensure orders are fulfilled seamlessly
  • Work within a team and manage own workload
  • Communicate fluidly with other departments
  • Co-ordinate dialogue and input from team members at all levels to meet customer needs
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with operational procedures
  • Build brand within Franchise Groups
  • Build on established relationships with key personnel
  • Fully understand customers business requirements
  • Take ownership of customer requirements
  • Create and implement communications and marketing strategies to franchise groups
  • Implement new ideas and report concerns within the team
  • Drive growth by upselling products and services
  • Perform administrative duties when required

Requirements:

  • Experienced in Customer Service/Sales environments
  • Exceptional in written and oral communication
  • Able to develop knowledge and acquire new skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to fluid change
  • Having a high attention to detail
