Job Responsibility:
Managing and growing a portfolio of existing client accounts
Building trusted, long‑lasting relationships with key decision makers
Identifying upsell/cross‑sell opportunities
Preparing accurate quotes and proposals
Processing orders end to end - you'll own the full journey
Updating clients on new products, services, and technical developments
Re‑engaging old or dormant clients
Keeping CRM data spotless and pipelines on track
Working closely with technical, service, and operations teams
