Job Responsibility

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of existing client accounts
  • Building trusted, long‑lasting relationships with key decision makers
  • Identifying upsell/cross‑sell opportunities
  • Preparing accurate quotes and proposals
  • Processing orders end to end - you'll own the full journey
  • Updating clients on new products, services, and technical developments
  • Re‑engaging old or dormant clients
  • Keeping CRM data spotless and pipelines on track
  • Working closely with technical, service, and operations teams
  • Handling queries quickly, accurately, and with a solutions‑first mindset

Requirements

  • Experience in internal sales, account management or customer management
  • Technical confidence - comfortable discussing IT/technical products
  • A proven track record of growing accounts or hitting revenue targets
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • CRM/ERP experience (Power BI knowledge = big bonus!)
  • A fast‑paced, hands‑on working style
