We’re looking for a detail-focused, tech-savvy Inside Account Manager to manage our client’s E-Shop and digital sales channels, including the customer portal and website. This role supports online sales growth, improves the digital customer experience, and manages lead generation and follow-up.
Job Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day operation of the E-Shop and online sales platforms
Support customers with online orders, access issues, and enquiries
Work with sales, marketing, and customer service to support fulfilment and after-sales support
Drive e-commerce growth, especially with distributors and smaller customers
Track performance, customer behaviour, and sales data
Act as the link to the Global E-Commerce team
Manage lead capture, tracking, and follow-up through CRM systems
Support lead qualification and conversion with sales teams
Produce simple monthly reports on e-commerce and lead performance
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or similar (preferred)
3+ years’ experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or lead management
Confident using CRM systems and web analytics tools
Well organised, customer-focused, and comfortable juggling priorities
Strong attention to detail and a practical, problem-solving mindset
