Job Description:

StartME 2025 program offers graduates a year-long internship across various business areas under Mota-Engil Group, providing training, mentorship, and career development opportunities in Europe, Africa, and Latin America.

Requirements:

Positive, dynamic and proactive attitude
critical thinking
willingness to learn
availability to mobility
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrotechnical, Mining, Geological, Industrial and Management, Environmental, Systems, Data science or similar), Architecture, Logistics/Supply Chain, HSQE (Health, Safety and/or Quality Area), Psychology, Human Resources or similar, Economics, Management, Accounting or similar
