The Food & Nutrition Services Intern will support hospital food service operations, patient experience initiatives, regulatory compliance efforts, and interdisciplinary collaboration between Food & Nutrition Services and Nursing departments. This role is ideal for a student interested in healthcare administration, nutrition services, hospitality, quality improvement, or healthcare operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in patient satisfaction initiatives, healthcare food service management, compliance monitoring, process improvement, staff education, and operational analytics within a hospital environment.

Requirements:
Candidates actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any field of study. A major in nutrition, dietetics, hospitality or business is preferred
Candidates willing to work flexible hours, which may include nights, weekends or holidays
