Job Description:

An internship role to support a high-impact transformation project in the merchandising team. Tasks involve data collection from suppliers and engaging with organizations to implement advanced planning capabilities across North America stores.

Job Responsibility:

Track down product and assortment data from vendors to populate item master database
research company contacts through internal tools, org charts, and external sources
communicate clearly and confidently via phone and email to engage the correct point of contact
work closely with Category Managers and internal teams to gather missing pieces
persistently follow up to ensure data is received completely and on time
stay organized using shared inboxes, spreadsheets, and task tracking
maintain a positive, can-do attitude throughout the project.

Requirements:

Current student or recent graduate in Supply Chain, Marketing, Merchandising, Business, or a related field
goal-oriented, persistent, and self-motivated
comfortable reaching out to new contacts and following up
highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills
proficient in Outlook and Excel
bilingualism required (Advanced French and English) both spoken and written
ability to collaborate with global teams.
