Job Responsibility:
Deliver exceptional client service and support client needs, including handling service requests and renewals
Assist in new business processes, program management, and insurance coverage procurement
Collaborate with Account Managers, Risk Managers, and Carrier Partners as a liaison
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of insurance products, carrier websites, and client-specific processes
Stay current with systems and ensure timely, compliant management of emails and documents
Contribute to special projects and seize training opportunities for continuous development
Foster team success through strong relationships, knowledge sharing, and effective collaboration
Requirements:
Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy as well as organized, self-starting, and relationship-building skills
Ability to shift focus and manage time to prioritize workload and to meet time-sensitive deadlines
