Job Responsibility:

Optimizes the flow between warehouse, store, and customer
develops smart and sustainable delivery solutions
creates a seamless shopping experience – both physical and digital
evaluates the internship experience across participating departments
ensures resources are used strategically and monitors financial performance

Requirements:

Currently be studying a relevant subject such as supply chain, HR, economics, finance or analytics
be eager to apply your knowledge in a real-world setting and contribute with fresh perspectives
have a genuine interest in IKEA’s values and vision
enjoy working collaboratively in diverse teams
be proactive and not afraid to take initiative
have a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a better everyday life for the many
be comfortable communicating in English, our working language
