Job Description

In order to support the Finance and Controlling department, Airbus Aerostructures is looking for an Intern within Finance (d/f/m). Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and develop detailed description of Financial processes within the Finance organization
  • Collect data and develop standard operative procedures (SOP) using this role as a starting basis
  • Interview and map down processes and tasks
  • Coordinate with the appropriate colleague the regional monthly reporting, OP and forecast compilation, monthly OP, budget preparation, cost base queries
  • Participate as required in meetings and reviews and other duties as assigned
  • Ensure appropriate data retention is maintained and accessibility is communicated
  • Prepare ad hoc reporting and perform information gathering as requested by VPs, Finance Managers, Costing/Pricing team, and other internal management and customers
  • Develop ad-hoc queries for reporting and data visualization

Requirements

  • Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience
  • Evidence of Completion of Project from planning, data research, and preparation with on time submittal within team environment
  • Must be a team player capable of managing multiple simultaneous tasks with potentially overlapping deadlines
  • Excellent German and English Written and Oral communication skills
  • Operator level proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite (i.e. sheets etc.)

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in finance or accounting
  • Written and Oral proficiency in technical French and/or Spanish
  • Advanced level proficiency in MS Office 2010/2016 applications, MS Project, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, MS Outlook
  • Advanced level proficiency in Google Suite
