Job Responsibility:

  • 1st Level Support: The initial point of contact for clients seeking assistance
  • Responsible for triaging and categorizing incoming support requests, user, and system incidents
  • Provides basic troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Escalates complex issues, contacts the 3rd level support team, LNP (Local Network Partner), WAN providers
  • Utilize tools such as: Network Node Manager i (NNMi), Service Management Tool (SMT), Jira, Knowledge Management System (KMS)
  • Gain knowledge in LAN, WAN, WiFi network related topics, ITIL processes
  • Assist with bug and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with network, server, storage engineers

Requirements:

  • Willingness to perform primary support for WAN, LAN, WiFi issues
