Job Responsibility:
Support roll out of Talent Management initiatives including performance management, human capital planning and succession planning, policies and guidelines within APEC
Support area champions in driving Talent Management initiatives in APEC
Support General Managers and HR leaders to ensure Marriott’s Talent Management programs, practices, systems and policies are in placed & executed on property
Having full oversight and provide guidance on Marriott’s online HR system and database to maintain accuracy and adherence of our human capital process
Support roll-out of talent and culture initiatives for MILUX properties including talent acquisition, talent management, and learning and development
Support internal HR communications on webinar sessions, developing manuals, creating presentations and generating reports
Analyze data and metrics on to propose recommendations and drive project targets
Research latest HR trends on sourcing and talent planning methods and technology
Organize and participate in regional office associate events
Support Talent Acquisition and Talent Management team on various projects and assignments as assigned
Requirements:
Undergraduate in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business Management, Economics or Marketing preferred
Singaporean, Singapore Permanent Resident Holder or valid student pass / work holiday pass
Eligible for undergraduate in a Singapore registered university program / undergraduate or graduate of a university in Singapore, Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom or United States
Prepared to commit to a six months’ internship
Ability to learn quickly and excel in a fast-paced and action-biased environment
Detailed-oriented, structured, and organized
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
Excellent Analytical and Numeracy Skills
Some experience with PowerBI and PowerQuery preferred
Nice to have:
