Job Description

As an Intern in Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, you’ll support us in finding the future talent for Westwing. From day one, you’ll dive into the full recruitment lifecycle: shaping our employer brand, mastering active sourcing, and ensuring an exceptional candidate journey. Working cross-functionally across all departments, you’ll play a key role in bringing the best talent to Westwing. This position is limited to 6 months and based in Munich. Ideally, you are available to join us as soon as possible.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and support the end-to-end hiring process for permanent roles, internships and working student positions, including screening, scheduling and offer communication
  • Manage candidate communications and ensure a smooth, premium experience throughout every touchpoint
  • Draft and post job descriptions, manage pipelines and support active sourcing projects for high-priority roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team members to support strategic hiring initiatives
  • Assist in driving employer branding efforts across our channels, contributing ideas and content to help Westwing stand out to top talent
  • Help identify process improvements and implement structures to increase speed, quality and efficiency in our hiring workflows, leveraging AI, where suitable
  • Support the wider Talent Acquisition team with ongoing projects, reporting and ad hoc requests as needed

Requirements

  • Ongoing studies or recently completed degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field
  • A strong interest in People & Culture, Talent Acquisition or Employer Branding
  • Ideally, first experience through internships or student jobs in a people-related field
  • A highly organised, structured working style and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English
  • German or Polish is a strong plus
  • Availability to start as soon as possible
