  • develop and test a dynamic pricing framework that balances sustainability ambitions with business performance
  • translate analytical insights into clear, practical recommendations and actions
  • collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders across IKEA functions
  • set up pilots and run experiments to continuously improve the pricing model based on real-world feedback
  • present findings and proposals to internal stakeholders in a clear and convincing manner.

Requirements:

  • Doing this internship as part of your school's degree

  • strong analytical skills
  • natural talent for working with numbers and data
  • ability to turn insights into concrete, actionable outcomes
  • curiosity
  • hands-on
  • willingness to test, fail, learn, and try again
  • excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • ability to connect with a variety of people and build trust
  • passion for sustainability
  • shared values of togetherness, cost-consciousness, and a positive impact.

Nice to have:

Experience in organizing and leading projects or programs.

What we offer:
  • A unique opportunity to work on one of IKEA’s most exciting sustainability ambitions

  • hands-on experience with cross-functional collaboration in a global company
  • coaching and learning opportunities to grow professionally and personally
  • a chance to make a tangible impact on making sustainable living accessible to the many
  • internship allowance of €340 gross per month
