Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Assist in document verification related to Human Rights and Sustainability, including the language skills support
Engage business partners with IKEA requirements internally and externally
Support the team with training events

Requirements:

Fluent in English and Ukrainian (written and spoken)
Holds a work permit for Poland
Background in International Human Rights Law or similar is a plus
Strong organization and problem-solving skills
Enjoy networking and building relationships
Motivated by continuous learning and improvement
Proficient in Microsoft Office and possessing a driving license (Cat. B) is an advantage
