Boeing Japan Supply Chain Asia Global Field Operation is looking for an Intern to be based in our offices at supplier sites. As an intern at Boeing Japan, you’ll gain hands-on experience, learn from experts, and collaborate with teams that do truly amazing things.A successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills: Ability to develop Supply Chain Value Stream Map. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal stakeholders and supplier focal. Develop presentation material for leadership reviews, including project plans with timelines. Join us as we build the future in intern will have the chance to support engineering projects in military systems, commercial aircraft or technology development. Internship opportunities are available in but not limited to: aerospace/flight, mechanical/structural, electrical, software, systems, industrial, material and test engineering.
Job Responsibility:
Participate in and conduct day-to-day operation in the rotated business functions
Conduct analyses and research for specific projects to prepare reports that will be edited and published after internship
Interact and relationship with stakeholders in Boeing Japan Stakeholder and Boeing suppliers
Requirements:
Ability to work full-time for eight weeks during the 2026 calendar year
Authorized to work in Japan (up to 40H/week)
Undergraduate, masters, or PhD students who will graduate between Oct 2026 and Jul 2028
Basic knowledge of Supply Chain Operation and Manufacturing Operation
Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma is plus
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project or similar project management tool
English speaking and writing skills are essential
Nice to have:
Business level of speaking and writing Japanese (JLPT-N3 or better)
