Job Description

SIG Global Reliability Center and cluster Reliability Centers are responsible to turn the data from our machines into insights through our Digital service solutions. This requires data to be collected from multiple sources and consolidated to provide a clear picture about performance of machines and the maintenced carried out in field.

Job Responsibility

  • Understand the operating modes of Global and cluster Reliability centers together with the basic operations of the machines
  • Perform work history analysis and generate reports to the clusters
  • Assist in the visualization of data collected from various reliability systems
  • Analyze machine data to identify trends and insights
  • Create and monitor dashboards for real-time data tracking
  • Support the daily operational activities of the Global Reliability Centre
  • Write python scrips to carry out quicker analysis and semi automation of data grabbing
  • Assist in Netbox updates and data handling
  • Assist in Digital Assets Monitoring with CheckMK

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree program in Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization tools
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure environments and Network Topology
  • Competent user of English and German

Nice to have

  • Network technology, knowledge of PLC technologies a bonus
  • Interest in modern technologies (automation frameworks, GitOps, …)
  • Interest in Infrastructure as Code (we use Ansible, Gitlab, Netbox, Rundeck)
  • Openness to learn and build competences

  • Own the quality and effectiveness of AML and CTF operational controls across Mews FS
  • Ensure initial and ongoing customer due diligence, including KYC, KYB, onboarding and customer risk assessments, are completed to policy and regulatory standards
  • Review and approve enhanced due diligence decisions and risk-based approaches for higher-risk customers
  • Oversee first line AML alerts, exceptions and investigations, ensuring high-risk matters are escalated appropriately and followed through to resolution
  • Approve customer acceptance decisions and direct offboarding where required for CDD-related reasons
  • Own the quality and effectiveness of transaction monitoring activities delivered by central or third-party teams
  • Approve or escalate suspicious activity reports and ensure investigations and reporting are timely, traceable and audit-ready
