Job Description:

Design and Validation of components, assemblies and repair solutions that are optimized in terms of weight, cost, performance, production/assembly requirements while highest safety of the Product is assured using appropriate Design tools. Analyze and Validate structures for static & fatigue strength according to validated methods. Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, relevant design principles, processes, methods and manufacturing capabilities guidelines. Define, interpret and validate tests. Interface and communicate with relevant stakeholders. Provide input for the creation of drawings for manufacture and support to other functions (i.e. production, customer support) as needed. Provide stress analysis for the repair/acceptance of damaged structures. This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

  • Utilizing a deep understanding of historical damage and repair scenarios to investigate and identify the existence of similar previous cases. This ensures the provision of consistent, well-informed support and enhances the efficiency of problem resolution processes
  • Customer and Stakeholder Liaison: Employing communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external customers & stakeholders
  • Development of Generic Repair Procedures: Assist in creating and refining generic repair procedures based on an in-depth knowledge of recurring structural issues.
