Intern, Strategy

• Provide project management, conceptual & analytical problem solving on key cross-functional projects
• Become familiar with and conduct analyses in financial models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on due diligence of new product introduction / new market entry complementary to core business segments
• Perform ad-hoc quantitative analyses to support ongoing origination, development, and financing activities for projects
• Assist in the preparation of detailed memos and presentations for senior management, executive leadership team, investment committees, or the board of directors
• Conduct market analysis to identify new growth areas and merger & acquisitions targets
• Maintain competitive market intelligence for the renewable energy industry
• The Strategy Intern will be assigned with an individual project and will present results to leadership at the end of the summer

• First or second year students currently pursuing an MBA or other graduate-level degree in finance, business, economics, engineering, or computer science
• Strong quantitative skills, proficient in MS Excel and MS Power Point, familiar/comfortable with financial models
• Ability to clearly communicate concepts and support hypotheses with data
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn about renewable project development, financing structures, and power markets
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and accountable
• Ability to work independently, multitask and take ownership over projects and assignments
