Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare Strat Plan workshops (gather information and prepare decks)
  • Participate in Strat Plan workshops to support the team with establishing the industrial strategy (capital projects prioritization and selection process)
  • Participate to Strat Plan actions items follow up
  • Participate in the monitoring of the plant's capital projects, and prepare, if necessary, governance meetings for the VP, the management committee and the Finance team
  • Participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives, and carry out, if necessary, simulations with Arena
  • Participate in presentations and meetings with the various departments

Requirements:

  • You have solid skills in Excel and Powerpoint
  • You have project management skills.
  • You are an excellent oral and written communicator in French and functional in English.
  • You are a team player and able to interact with others.
  • You have a sense of initiative.
  • You are autonomous, dynamic, punctual, and professional.
