Job Description

We're hiring an Intern - Video Content Creator to join our marketing team on a 6-month paid internship. You'll own the ideation, scripting, shooting, and editing of short-form/reel video content that makes EV tech feel exciting, accessible, and worth talking about.

Job Responsibility

  • Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit up to 3 Instagram Reels per day for Bolt.Earth's official handles
  • Stay on top of trending audio, formats, and creator culture
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on monthly content calendars
  • Work with internal subject-matter experts to simplify complex EV and SaaS concepts
  • Capture on-ground content at events, charging stations, partner locations, and the Bangalore office
  • Track performance metrics
  • Maintain a clean content library and asset pipeline for the team

Requirements

  • A strong portfolio of Instagram Reels you've personally created
  • Proficiency with mobile-first editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar)
  • Sharp instincts for what performs on Instagram
  • Comfort being on camera and directing others on camera
  • Solid scripting and storytelling skills in English and Hindi
  • Ability to work hybrid from our Bangalore office and travel locally for shoots when needed
  • Self-starter mindset

Nice to have

  • Podcast experience
  • Experience creating content in the tech, SaaS, EV, mobility, climate, or startup space
  • Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (Canva, Figma, Photoshop)
  • Prior experience working with a brand's social handles (as an employee, freelancer, or intern)
