We are looking for an outstanding Account Management Intern to drive growth for our business partners. Reporting to the Head of Marketplace (Shops), ideal candidates should possess quick learning abilities, a high degree of comfort with learning proprietary software systems and a very keen eye for details.
Job Responsibility:
Support the Strategic Account Management (SAM) team in scaling vendors
Work with the Strategic Account Management team to manage the execution of promotions and campaigns, ensuring all marketing assets and pricing are live, accurate and error-free
Maintain catalogue accuracy and content quality to directly bring about user conversions
Facilitating the onboarding of new outlets and products on the marketplace
Conduct data-driven research into category trends and competitor landscapes
Partner with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot daily vendor challenges
Requirements:
A keen sense for customer behaviour and how content quality affects purchasing decisions
Exhibits the competencies: Drive for results, action-oriented, problem solving & analytical thinking
Job ownership is an important part of our company culture, thus structure and discipline are optimal traits in the ideal hire
Experience with presentation software (Powerpoint, Prezi etc.) and knowledge of analytics tools (SQL, Excel, Python) would be a plus
