This is a Cactus Wellhead position and is located in Houston, TX. Job Summary: The intern will support the Salesforce Field Service project by using existing Service Department JAMs and approved customer stamp information to help build Work Order templates and customer stamp records in Salesforce prior to go-live. This role will assist with maintaining template libraries, entering approved information into Salesforce, and supporting branch review for accuracy.
Job Responsibility:
Practice safe work habits and comply with all quality, safety, health, and environmental policies, procedures, programs, and regulations
Assist with building and maintaining a JAM library using existing Service Department Job Assessment Meeting templates provided by the Salesforce Field Service project team
Use approved information from existing JAM PDF documents to build Work Order templates in the appropriate Salesforce fields for branch use prior to go-live
Maintain a Work Order template library to track template status, job type, branch, customer, revision, and review status
Assist with building and maintaining the customer stamp database and creating customer stamp records in Salesforce using approved customer stamp information
Support branch review of Work Order templates and customer stamp records to help confirm accuracy and completeness
Track outstanding questions, missing information, needed updates, and branch review feedback related to JAMs, Work Order templates, and customer stamps
Assist with reviewing Work Order templates and customer stamp records for completeness, consistency, duplicates, and accuracy before go-live
Assist with reviewing project work instructions and related documentation
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live readiness activities as needed
Organize project files, spreadsheets, meeting notes, action items, and other project documentation as assigned
Perform other project support duties and special assignments as directed by management
Requirements:
Current college student or recent graduate preferred
Interest in business systems, operations, project management, information systems, or related field preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to enter information accurately
Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook skills
Ability to organize documents, templates, spreadsheets, and project files
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with project team members and branch personnel
Ability to track open items, review feedback, and missing information
Ability to learn new systems and business processes
