Job Responsibility

  • Work with the Salesforce.com Product Owner Team to triage and categorize daily support queries related to user access, data transformation, analytics, new functionalities, bugs, and project related tasks
  • Deliver Salesforce.com solutions: implement assigned change requests submitted by users
  • document requirements, participate in testing and liaise between the technical teams and the business
  • Interact, and support business stakeholders through written and verbal communications
  • Deliver weekly and month reports for management
  • Keep up with changes in the user community and administrate focal management processes
  • Investigate operational needs, problems and opportunities, contributing to the recommendation of improvements
  • Maintain and /or create procedural documentation related to the department’s processes
  • Plan required activities that will contribute to your assigned tasks and / or projects
  • organize your day in order to meet deadlines and work in a very dynamic environment
