The Intern will provide valuable support to key organizational functions within their assigned department. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment, helping interns develop industry knowledge, communication skills, and professional growth. Interns will be placed in a specific department based on their interests, skills, and business needs, where they will assist with various projects, process improvements, and day-to-day activities. The internship will last between 3 to 6 months, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project-oriented tasks, such as preparing, analyzing, and gathering documentation to support sales efforts
Learns organizational processes and procedures
Contributes to assigned projects and may assist with the development and maintenance of documentation or records
Manage an assigned project focused on continuous improvement within the department
Comply with all safety regulations and company policies
Maintain documentation, reports, and logs relevant to the internship function
Shadow experienced professionals and gain exposure to best practices in beverage manufacturing
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate from an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Marketing/Communications, or a related field, depending on the department
A minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher in your declared major
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to work the hours requested by your supervisor and fulfill the required hours set by your university for academic credit (if applicable)
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Interest in business operations and organizational functions within the beverage manufacturing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments
Flexibility to work in a hands-on environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support process improvements and contribute to projects
