Job Description:

Congruex is looking for an Intern, Sales Operations to join our team. We are seeking a driven and analytical Sales Operations Intern to support our commercial team through high-impact marketing initiatives and data-driven market intelligence. This role blends client-facing communication, competitive research, and addressable market analysis to help our sales organization better position solutions, engage customers, and identify new growth opportunities. The ideal candidate is curious, organized, comfortable synthesizing data, and excited to learn how sales, marketing, and strategy come together to drive revenue.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in creating client-ready presentations, case studies, capability overviews, and value-proposition materials
  • Work with Sales Leadership to refine messaging aligned with customer needs, industry trends, and solution offerings
  • Support preparation for customer meetings, executive briefings, and proposal discussions, ensuring materials are accurate, consistent, and visually compelling
  • Help maintain and update marketing collateral libraries to ensure the sales team has timely access to relevant assets
  • Conduct quantitative research to size total addressable market (TAM), serviceable market (SAM), and applicable revenue opportunities across key segments
  • Build models and dashboards that track market trends, client footprint, competitive positioning, and whitespace opportunities
  • Analyze internal sales data to identify patterns that can inform targeting, territory planning, and account prioritization
  • Present findings in a clear, actionable format to Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, Communications, or related field
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation-building skills
  • Ability to translate data into insights and simplify complex information
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Familiarity with market research, segmentation, or competitive analysis
  • Interest in telecom, technology, or digital infrastructure
  • familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus

  • Learn and work alongside Accounting and Sales to resolve variances and problem-solve discrepancies
  • Track backlog of orders processed and perform item fulfillment based on vendor fulfillment document
  • Learn how to build relationships with internal teams, sales, and outside vendors
