We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Ops Intern to support our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating across teams, and is eager to develop foundational sales and business operations skills. You’ll gain hands-on experience in CRM management, sales operations, lead qualification, and customer engagement while supporting high-impact initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Lead Identification & Outreach: Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads through targeted research and outreach
Customer Engagement: Call potential customers to engage, qualify leads, and nurture early-stage relationships
Sales Support: Support the preparation of compelling sales presentations and proposals
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs
Product Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of the company’s product offerings and articulate how they align with market demands and solve customer problems
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
System Administration: Perform regular CRM administration tasks, including data entry, updating contact information, and generating essential reports for the sales team
Process Improvement: Support critical Sales Operations functions, including assisting with the system build-out of new sales tools and providing support for month-end close activities to ensure accurate reporting
Project Management: Provide general project management support by tracking project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables
Cross-functional Collaboration: Actively collaborate with team members on various projects and contribute directly to achieving team goals
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a college or university, pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and professionally
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive as part of a collaborative team
Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are critical for CRM and Sales Ops responsibilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with CRM and ERP software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Netsuite) is a significant plus
A positive attitude, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
