Job Responsibility
Create presentation decks using PowerPoint
Coordinate and collate data / information with different teams
Perform basic analysis using Excel and other relevant analytical tools
Manage and respond to e-mails in an effective, organized and professional way
Assist supervisor in facilitating appointments, organize meeting schedule and prepare agenda
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and follow company policies and procedures
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Requirements
Candidate must be currently enrolled in a local university or hotel school degree program at time of application
University or Hotel School undergraduates specializing and studying in hospitality related fields will be preferred for certain internship positions
For more specialist disciplines, for example those students pursuing business or similar related courses, consideration is also given for those related internship opportunities
Able to commit to a six months’ internship.
Nice to have
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in group settings and/or independently
Ability to prioritize and multi-task several projects
