Job Responsibility

Conduct research on market trends in the APEC region to support strategic planning
Organize and maintain financial databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information
Help prepare engaging presentations for the Regional Vice President Luxury APEC and the Luxury APEC Team using PowerPoint and Canva for internal and external meetings
Regional Vice President Luxury APEC and the Luxury APEC Team in coordinating projects and initiatives
Support communication efforts with internal teams and external partners
Perform general administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings and managing correspondence
Collaborate with various departments to gather information and support the Regional Vice President Luxury APEC and the Luxury APEC Team for any ad-hoc projects and tasks
Manage and respond to e-mails in an effective, organized and professional way
Assist supervisor in facilitating appointments, organize meeting schedule and prepare agenda
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and follow company policies and procedures
