Job Description

This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment. Sitting within the wider International Capital Markets team at JLL, REIB covers a broad range of sectors, including office, retail, industrial / logistics, multifamily / student housing / healthcare / data centres and renewables and energy, advising clients on investment banking transactions (M&A transactions, recapitalizations, JVs, strategic reviews, and more). With very flat hierarchies and an inclusive team culture you will have the opportunity to gain invaluable, first-hand experience of working with top executives in the sector (CEOs, CFOs etc.) and develop a wide network of contacts from the largest and most sophisticated public and private real estate investors in EMEA. You will be involved in challenging and exciting projects; all while being given invaluable training and support from senior team members with previous experience at top tier investment banks and private equity firms.

Job Responsibility

  • Assisting in the execution of M&A or Capital Raise transactions, such as financial modeling, valuation, comparable and relative value analyses
  • Preparing and delivering presentations throughout the deal execution period
  • Conducting extensive industry, market and company-specific research
  • Support on the preparation of financial models, documents, and due diligence efforts
  • Be a resource to internal stakeholders on their recommendations to clients

Requirements

  • A student graduating in 2026 from an undergraduate, master’s qualification or recently graduated within the last 3 years
  • Ability to balance detail-oriented thinking with understanding market trends and strategic considerations
