Intern, Real Estate Investment Banking

• Assisting in the execution of M&A or Capital Raise transactions, such as financial modeling, valuation, comparable and relative value analyses
• Preparing and delivering presentations throughout the deal execution period
• Conducting extensive industry, market and company-specific research
• Support on the preparation of financial models, documents, and due diligence efforts
• Be a resource to internal stakeholders on their recommendations to clients

• Big picture thinking and a strong interest in global real estate
• A student graduating in 2026 from an undergraduate, master’s qualification or recently graduated within the last 3 years
• Ability to balance detail-oriented thinking with understanding market trends and strategic considerations
• Potential to accommodate to a dynamic environment where multitasking, attention to detail and time management skills are essential
• Someone motivated, proactive and self-driven who is able to build long-lasting relationships while also maintaining accountability when working independently
• Enthusiasm, intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn from top professionals in the sector
• An articulate communicator who also recognizes the importance of listening
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent level of MS Office applications
