Job Responsibility

  • Work on departmental projects
  • Participate in internal and external governance processes/meetings to provide visibility on project performance to key stakeholders
  • Assist in creating internal processes and tools while identifying any optimization or automation opportunities
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly departmental reports and executive presentations
  • Perform in-depth analysis of quality metrics to inform strategic recommendations
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to support site-wide objectives

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a Business Management, Applied Science or Math program
  • Knowledge in project management methodologies and techniques
  • Interests in the Aerospace industry
  • Strong interpersonal relations, judgement, and organization skills
  • Analytical and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Great deal of initiative and can work with minimal supervision
  • Speak and write fluently in English (French is optional)
  • Familiar with Power BI, Advanced Excel, MS Office suite and TEAMS
