Job Responsibility:
Work on departmental projects
Participate in internal and external governance processes/meetings to provide visibility on project performance to key stakeholders
Assist in creating internal processes and tools while identifying any optimization or automation opportunities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly departmental reports and executive presentations
Perform in-depth analysis of quality metrics to inform strategic recommendations
Lead cross-functional meetings to support site-wide objectives
Requirements:
Enrolled in a Business Management, Applied Science or Math program
Knowledge in project management methodologies and techniques
Interests in the Aerospace industry
Strong interpersonal relations, judgement, and organization skills
Analytical and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
Great deal of initiative and can work with minimal supervision
Speak and write fluently in English (French is optional)
Familiar with Power BI, Advanced Excel, MS Office suite and TEAMS
