Job Description

The Project Manager Intern will support the administrative and operational aspects of projects within Congruex. This internship provides hands-on experience in project coordination, documentation management, financial tracking, and stakeholder communication. The intern will work closely with the Project Sponsor and cross-functional teams to help ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. This role is ideal for a college student or recent graduate seeking practical experience in project management within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining project-related documents including contracts, change orders, schedules, and reports
  • Help maintain project timelines and milestone trackers
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up with team members on outstanding deliverables
  • Support communication efforts by distributing updates and coordinating meetings
  • Assist in compiling status reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Help ensure alignment across departments through consistent information sharing
  • Help monitor project budgets and flag potential discrepancies
  • Support coordination with finance and vendors to ensure timely processing
  • Support documentation of issues and resolutions for future reference
  • Support efforts to ensure project documentation meets company and regulatory standards
  • Assist in preparing project status updates and performance reports
  • Help gather data and materials for leadership presentations
  • Identify opportunities to improve organization, reporting, or workflow processes
