Join our creative team as an Event Project Management Intern (m/f/d)! Are you passionate about fashion and events and want to experience the world of project management up close? Then this is the perfect opportunity for you! As an established fashion and media company with a strong focus on creative and innovative events, we are looking for support as part of an internship. With national and international projects such as the ABOUT YOU Fashion Week, the ABOUT YOU Aftershow Party, and the 6PM Pop-Up Tour, as well as many other creator and launch events, we create unforgettable moments and achieve impressive reach. As part of our Marketing Production Team, we are responsible for the complete planning and execution of these events and act as the cross-functional interface between all internal and external stakeholders. Both our well-established and innovative event concepts continuously inspire our existing and potential partners. We see ABOUT YOU as an entertainment and media brand with a direct connection to the community — using our projects as a platform to make us and other brands more accessible and experienceable in new ways. As an Event Project Management Intern (m/f/d), you will support our team from February 2026 for four to six months in the planning and organization of events, with a strong focus on ABOUT YOU Fashion Week 2026 – from the initial concept phase to the on-site execution.
Job Responsibility:
Support us throughout the entire event management process and experience firsthand how ideas are brought to life – from the initial concept to the successful execution on site
Work in a dynamic and creative environment where teamwork and the exchange of ideas are at the core of everything we do
Act as the internal interface between different ABOUT YOU teams and coordinate external partners and service providers
Take on organizational tasks in the preparation and follow-up of events, such as scheduling, crew planning, show staging, as well as guest and travel management
Build valuable connections in the fashion and event industry and expand your professional network
Requirements:
Studies in Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or a comparable field of study
Ideally, first hands-on experience in event planning and execution
Strong organizational skills, ability to perform under pressure, and a true team player mindset
Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a structured, proactive way of working
Enthusiastic, open-minded, and curious about innovative and exciting projects
Very good command of English, both written and spoken
