As a Project Engineering Intern, you’ll work closely with our engineering team to support planning and execution for the Global 8000 program. You’ll gain hands-on experience, develop key skills, and have a real impact on one of our most exciting programs.
Job Responsibility:
Helping plan, track, and execute projects for the Global 8000 aircraft
Building project schedules and supporting implementation plans
Monitoring progress to make sure everything stays on track
Assisting the Project Engineer with reporting and performance tracking
Preparing business cases and budgets to help guide decisions
Communicating with people across departments and outside the company
Keeping documents, project timelines, and databases up to date
Supporting key team goals and learning how to manage KPIs
Identifying risks and working on creative ways to handle them
Solving real-world problems using both logic and innovation
Joining product development meetings and learning how priorities are set
Practicing written and verbal communication through reports and presentations
Requirements:
Working toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or something similar
Great with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced is a plus!), MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams
Strong communication and time-management skills
Can clearly explain ideas—written or spoken
Team player and builds positive relationships easily
Flexible and can handle changing priorities
Creative and cares about the quality of work
Comfortable working independently and figuring things out
Speaks English fluently
Nice to have:
Project management, budgeting, or scheduling experience
