Job Responsibility

  • Support the Product Change Management process, focusing on business cases, schedules, and risk assessments
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management
  • Analyze data and ensure alignment across the Global 7500 program
  • Create and improve on project tracking tools using any available tools
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams (Procurement, Logistics, Operations, etc.)
  • Organize and facilitate meetings: prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Assist in drafting and distributing official documents (e.g., Coordination Memos, Program Directives)

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Supply Chain, Aerospace, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
  • Professionalism, initiative, and a collaborative mindset
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Located within, or willing to relocate to, daily commuting distance of the Bombardier’s Toronto facility at Pearson Airport and able to work on site twice per week, on average
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Available for a 12-month (minimum) or 16-month internship (preferred)

Nice to have

  • Experience with VBA
  • Ability to speak French or Spanish
