Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Production Interns to learn and support end-to-end pharmaceutical production operations, including dispensing, manufacturing, filling and packaging of products, while gaining hands-on experience in a regulated GMP environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Learn and support in the entire production process, including dispensing, manufacturing, filling and packaging of pharmaceutical products
  • Understand, observe and support the production activities as per the production plan
  • Learn the quality system in the production department and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safety, Regulatory and all applicable standards and policies
  • To follow Good Documentation practices and safety instructions & ensure compliance while working in manufacturing and packing area
  • Support in the implementation of the departmental objectives and projects
  • To understand the performance of the production processes including the KPIs
  • Supporting the production team that all tasks are completed efficiently

Requirements

  • Pharm D or Bachelor of Sciences (or equivalent relevant degree)
  • Strong motivation to understand and gain experience in pharmaceutical processes and operations
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong team collaboration mindset
  • Computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Problem-solving ability and proactive approach
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Agile learner, open to feedback and continuous improvement
  • Adaptable to change and able to work in a dynamic production environment
