Job Description:

As Intern Pricing & Retail Performance, you will be part of Westwing’s international Commercial team and support in shaping and executing our pricing strategy across European markets. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in data-driven decision-making, competitive benchmarking, and margin optimisation within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This position is limited to 6 months and based in Munich.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support daily pricing operations and the execution of country-specific pricing strategies
  • Conduct competitive price and discount analyses across European markets
  • Assist in building and monitoring KPIs, highlighting risks and opportunities
  • Contribute to strategic pricing projects, such as new pricing rules, discount strategy reviews, competitor monitoring, or shipping fee benchmarking
  • Prepare analyses and reports for Commercial leads and top management to support decision-making

Requirements:

  • Ongoing or completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data/Business Analytics, or related fields
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, comfortable working with data
  • Solid business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • A proactive and hands-on attitude with a willingness to learn, high attention to detail, and a structured way of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have:

  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools to streamline data workflows and enhance analytical efficiency
  • German is a plus
