The Department Organizational Development of Volkswagen Group Technology is responsible for the holistic design of efficient and effective organizational structures, decision-making processes and control models for all group companies in the fields of Components, Battery, Charging & Energy, and Platform Business. As part of the Governance Committees team, you will support us in the collection, optimization and digitization of our brand and company-wide decision-making processes. Additionally, you will gain deep insights into the work of the two highest committees of the Volkswagen Group Technology sub-group, as well as into the areas of organizational development, corporate governance, and risk, audit, & compliance management.
Job Responsibility:
Collecting, analyzing and optimizing decision-making committees and processes
Supporting projects in organizational development (e.g., organizational development, corporate governance)
Preparing and accompanying cross-company and cross-business unit workshops
Supporting the creation of presentations for the board and top management, as well as reviewing decision templates
Maintaining and managing IT systems for organizational development
Requirements:
Students (or bachelor's graduates starting their master's studies at the earliest possible date) with a focus on economics, organizational development, law, HR, or comparable fields of study
