Job Responsibility:

  • Market research on new/recent projects
  • Participate in hotel and market visits
  • Take ownership of operational projects such as guest satisfaction, pre-openings
  • Create and format presentation decks using PowerPoint
  • Perform basic analysis using Excel and other relevant analytical tools
  • Coordinate data / information collection with different teams
  • Manage and respond to e-mails in an effective, organized and professional way
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and follow company policies and procedures
  • Assist supervisor in facilitating appointments
  • Assist team members other than your direct supervisor as needed
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

  • Eligible for undergraduate in an Indonesia registered university program
  • Prepared to commit to a six months’ internship
  • Undergraduate in Hospitality Management, Business administration, Social Sciences, Economics or Marketing preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, result-oriented nature
  • Self-starter with strong problem solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-sensitive
  • Take initiative and act quickly to support and deliver projects in a professional manner
  • PC skills- MS Office programs (Strong in Excel. Basic knowledge of Word and PowerPoint)
  • Team player who has the ability to work with external parties and with all levels of the organization
