LHH, the world’s largest HR solutions company, is seeking a motivated individual to temporarily join their Netherlands team as an Intern Office Administrator fluent in Dutch and English. Responsible for supporting candidates, consultants, and internal teams, the candidate will plan events, provide operational assistance, coordinate workshops, and strengthen the company’s local network. Job Responsibility:

  • Daily contact with candidates to inform them about our services and activate them in the program
  • providing day-to-day operational and admin support to the team
  • planning of various workshops, webinars, and networking events
  • building a strong network with hiring managers, external employment agencies and search firms
  • support our candidates by introducing LHH to them, answering their ad hoc questions, matching them with our coaches/consultants
  • support our associate/freelance coaches by helping them with any questions or problems related to their delivery
  • local candidate event/webinar/workshop/career fair coordination and promotion
  • various administrative and business support tasks (IT troubleshooting, platform testing, translations, document formatting, invoice validation reporting, job advertisement uploads on social media)
  • provide candidates with regular updates on trends in the labour market by creating monthly job bulletins
  • provide consultants and coaches with regular updates on LHH tools, processes, implementations by creating bi-monthly newsletters
  • build relationships with external HR community (Client side, Recruitment Agencies)
  • collect and share job opportunities directly from recruiters and hiring managers
  • candidate and job matching
  • expand our alumni network by updating and promoting our LHH Nederland Network LinkedIn community

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration and general interest in HR services
  • interest in trends of the labour market
  • strong communications and motivation skills
  • excellent telephone manners
  • a high EQ as our candidates sometimes go through a very difficult period after dismissal
  • high social competence, ability to build long-term business relationships
  • a commercial flair and consulting competence
  • high service and quality orientation
  • the ability to speak to candidates at all levels and respond appropriately to various emotions that may be presented
  • a demonstrated track record of good organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • an independent and goal-oriented way of working
  • a flexible and a 'can-do' attitude
  • advanced PC skills with the ability to pick up internal systems quickly and effectively (MS 365 office, plus various proprietary systems)
  • fluent in spoken and written Dutch and English
