Job Responsibility

Production Documentation Organization: Classify and organize drawings used in production
Make up-to-date documents available to teams (field-oriented approach, quick access)
Ensuring consistency between drawings, indexes, and versions in circulation
Updating assembly sequences
Revision and standardization of methods files: Updating the structure of technical files (currently inconsistent)
Identify inconsistencies or gaps in documentation
Propose a clear and sustainable target organization
Reorganize IT tools for methods: Map the existing environment (directory structures, files, tools used)
Streamline and structure the IT environment for methods
