Job Responsibility

  • Participate in internal governance and preparation
  • Support project review boards and other project portfolio meetings
  • Assist in ensuring rigor in various internal processes
  • Analyze and manipulate large amounts of data in order to propose improvement opportunities
  • Develop Business Cases for specific projects
  • Ensure data integrity in the system
  • Provide support to the management team
  • Support the development and implementation of AI-powered dashboards and tools to automate reporting and monitor operational KPIs in real time
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction
  • Contribute to internal communications and presentations related to Methods initiatives

Requirements

  • You are studying business administration, engineering, computer science, project management, or finance
  • You have an excellent understanding of management and the contribution of support activities to business success
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs such as Excel, PowerBI, SharePoint
  • You convey complex ideas simply through written reports and presentation material
  • You can work with a minimum level of supervision and be proactive in proposing solutions and improvements

Nice to have

  • Experience with data analysis and visualization using Python (pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) is an asset
  • Experience with SAP is an asset
