Ellie Mental Health – New Mexico is a growing mental health and wellness agency. We provide individuals, couples, and group therapy services to New Mexicans. Job Responsibility:
Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy under the supervision of a licensed clinician
Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain progress notes in compliance with organizational, state, federal, and insurance requirements, under the supervision of a licensed clinician
Participate in case consultations and supervisions to ensure quality of care and continued professional growth
Maintain a manageable caseload that allows for consistent client engagement and ongoing clinical development
Implement evidence-based practices appropriate to client needs and clinical focus areas
Coordinate care with supervisors, clinicians, and administrative support staff to support positive client outcomes
Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate billing and scheduling of clients
Participate in team meetings, training and clinical case discussions, as required
Contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative clinic environment
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
Ensure all clinical activities align with ethical standards, supervision requirements and state regulations
Adhere to HIPAA, confidentiality standards, and organizational policy and procedures
Attend individual and group supervision sessions as required
Engage in continuing education and training opportunities provided by Ellie Mental Health
Seek feedback and incorporate guidance from supervisors to enhance clinical skills and professional growth
Requirements:
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a master’s degree program in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, or related field
Eligible to practice under supervision and working toward clinical licensure in their perspective field
Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries while building therapeutic rapport
Commitment to providing culturally responsive, inclusive, and trauma-informed care
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems
Must be able to be credentialled and contracted with insurance panels for commercial and Medicaid plans
Must pass a CYFD background check
