Job Description:

University students enrolled in an MBA advanced degree program who are working in a technical or non-technical internship role at the company during their study or in summer breaks between university semesters. Assists in various tasks aligned with their field of study, including research, collaboration on team initiatives and projects, problem-solving, and creative thinking to gain hands-on experience and develop professional skills.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in strategic business development projects, analyze market trends, and contribute to the development of business strategies
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather industry intelligence to inform business decisions
Analyze complex datasets, generate insights, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve business performance and achieve strategic goals
Support the planning and execution of key projects, including milestone tracking and risk management
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, marketing, sales) on various initiatives and projects
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, effectively communicating key findings and recommendations
Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks as needed
Participate in periodic reviews to share updates and incorporate feedback on assigned projects/initiatives

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with an MBA from an accredited institution
Strong ability to analyze complex data, identify key issues, and develop creative solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present effectively to various stakeholders
Aptitude for strategic thinking and the ability to formulate concrete recommendations
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Time management skills and working with strict deadlines
A collaborative, solution-focused mindset and overall sense of urgency
