Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communication, Hospitality, or related field
Strong interest in Public Relations, branding, and Marketing
Good knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
Fluent in English (mandatory)
French is a strong advantage
Additional languages are a plus

Job Responsibility

Contribute to the ideation and development of marketing and PR projects
Assist in developing storytelling angles and content strategies across channels
Design marketing collaterals including restaurant and bar menus, visuals for hotel, spa, and F&B outlets, flyers, brochures, and digital assets
Adapt and update existing materials in line with brand guidelines
Create visual content for social media (posts, stories, digital presence)
Manage administrative tasks such as purchase orders, billing and invoice follow-up, contracts preparation and filing, reservation coordination for media and partners
Support communication with the creation of newsletters and other tools
Assist in planning and coordination of photo and video shoots
Liaise with photographers, videographers, and internal teams
Prepare shot lists and ensure brand consistency
