Job Description

As an Intern Logistics Warehouse & Returns (m/f/d), you will be involved in the entire logistics process from incoming goods to returns and help with fulfillment projects in addition to operational processes and supporting our controlling team. With your commitment and enthusiasm for logistics projects, you will accompany us on our mission to ensure the best possible shopping experience for our customers.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive smaller projects in the area of logistics, fulfillment & logistics controlling
  • Support in operational topics, such as returns and warehousing special cases
  • Preparation of data analyses and presentations to improve productivity and quality
  • Support with internal reporting tasks up to our senior management
  • Support our controlling team in tracking logistics costs and KPIs
  • Set up new dashboards with our internal analytics team to improve the visibility of our processes and costs
  • First insights into service provider management

Requirements

  • Ongoing studies in logistics, economics or a comparable degree program
  • Good MS Office skills (especially MS Excel)
  • Business fluent in English, German optional
  • Enjoy teamwork and detailed analyses
  • Initial practical experience in logistics in a retail or industrial company is beneficial, but not required
  • Basic skills in SQL are beneficial
